Lucy Lawless' Stevie skit on SNL (10-18-1998)

October 18, 1998: Lucy Lawless (of Xena fame) portrayed Stevie Nicks in a Saturday Night Live sketch about the "Stevie Nicks Fajita Roundup". The sketch included Lawless in a blonde wig singing several Fleetwood Mac song spoofs ("Now there you go again you say, you want burritos..."; "I took your order, I wrote it down...three enchiladas, the best in town...then I saw my reflection in a big pile of nachos, til a landslide brought it down"; "Rock on Gold Dust Woman, take your silver spoon, and eat your beans..."

I am sure that Ms. Nicks found the parody VERY funny. A person in the public spotlight is a "has-been" as soon as spoofs like the Lucy Lawless segment stop. I have to be the biggest SN fan-have been since 1980, and I cant stop watching the segment. It is done in a tasteful, respectable way. Anyone who has not seen it should find it and enjoy it.
I found it VERY funny! And I LOVE Stevie Nicks, I just seem to have a scence of humor. :O)
Lucy Lawless
She has NO CLass and wishes she were in stevies league. She is very sleazy and and really should be SHOT for insulting MS.Nicks that way.
